# Privacy Policy

 ConQR AI Technologies ("ConQR", "we", "us") provides a B2B construction field platform used by companies to manage inspections, issues, daily reports, documents, and related project records. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our web and mobile applications and related services (the "Service").

## Information we collect

- **Account information** — name, email, optional phone number, company affiliation, and role.
- **Project content** — inspection and issue records, comments, photos, documents, and daily reports you or your company create.
- **Device and usage data** — app version, device type, approximate diagnostics, and product analytics (for example PostHog) to keep the Service reliable.
- **Location** — only when you choose to attach on-site weather to a daily report, and only while the app is in use.
- **Push tokens** — to deliver workflow notifications you opt into.

## How we use information

 We use this information to provide the ConQR Service to your company, authenticate users, sync offline field work, send workflow notifications (including email, in-app, push, and SMS where enabled), improve reliability, process payments, and meet construction compliance and audit requirements your company configures.

## Text messages (SMS)

 Phone numbers are optional. If you add a phone number to your profile and turn on Text preferences for a project, we may send transactional SMS about account and workflow activity (for example inspection or issue updates, daily digests, and daily-report reminders). Message frequency varies based on your preferences and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can turn Text preferences off at any time in project notification settings, or reply **STOP** to opt out of SMS from that number. For help, reply **HELP** or email [support@getconqr.ai](mailto:support@getconqr.ai). We do not sell personal information, including phone numbers, and we do not use SMS for marketing promotions.

## Sharing

 Project content is visible to other members of your company and invited project participants according to role-based access. We use subprocessors (for example hosting, email, SMS delivery, payments, and analytics) under contract. We do not sell personal information. ## Retention

 Account credentials can be deleted from the mobile Account screen or by contacting support. Construction audit history tied to project records may be retained as required for your company's compliance obligations.

## Your choices

- Update profile details from Account settings.
- Delete your personal login from the ConQR AI mobile app (Account → Delete account) or by emailing support.
- Decline location permission; weather can be entered manually.
- Control email and SMS notification preferences per project.
